We invest in B2B software and technology companies whose principal operations are in North America. We are industry agnostic and prefer verticalized, niche markets.
How We Transact
We target control investments, but are open to minority investments, with the initial transaction size under $50 million in enterprise valuation and an equity investment of $5 to $20 million. We seek post close involvement of the founder(s) and/or management.
